Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the quality control processes in our food production facilities.

About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing quality control systems, policies, and procedures that meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
  • They will lead regular audits, inspections, and testing processes across all production stages, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement quality control protocols for raw material inspection, in-process control, and finished product testing.
  2. Supervise the quality control team to monitor and evaluate the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  3. Maintain certifications and compliance with industry standards, collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry, with a proven track record of leading quality assurance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control methods, and industry certifications.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
