Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to manage client inquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure smooth communication with potential and existing partners.
About the Role
The role involves handling client inquiries, responding to questions, and providing assistance via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in customer service or call center roles, and ability to understand and explain creative/technical services to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle client inquiries, respond to questions, and provide assistance via phone and email.
- Service Explanation: Clearly explain our services, including previsualization, animation, storyboarding, techvis, archviz, etc.
- Database Management: Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure efficient communication.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with business development and creative teams to schedule meetings and ensure timely communication.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional client support and maintain a professional brand image.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Telugu and Hindi an added advantage.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client servicing roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to understand and explain creative/technical services to clients.
- Organizational Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and good at maintaining records.
- Professional Etiquette: Professional phone etiquette and client-handling skills.
