Job Title: Senior Healthcare Sales ExecutiveAbout the Role:

As a Senior Healthcare Sales Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the medical devices industry. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Achieve sales targets by generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share.
  • Ensure timely sharing of competitor and market information with key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stockists through regular visits and communication.
  • Leverage managerial and marketing functions to engage with important customers and strengthen relationships.
  • Plan and monitor new product introductions, stocking, and sales progress.
Requirements:

We are looking for individuals with 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical devices industry. A Bachelor's degree in any specialization or B.Pharma is required. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a team.
