This role offers an exciting opportunity to launch an Innovative, 1st in class, USFDA approved Neurology brand. This brand is a transformative therapy for migraine patients. It is indicated for acute treatment of migraine with or without aura in adults with a previous insufficient response to triptans.

Job Description, Role & Responsibility:

The Healthcare Executive is a leading driver of our customer interactions and sales performance. They are the face of our customer experience approach and build deep relationships that deliver value for customers and patients in order to drive sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.

  • Drive LAUNCH excellence that maximizes PATIENT IMPACT and delivers SALES OBJECTIVES within a brand/category sub-segment.
  • Ensuring that business is conducted in line with Company's policies, ethical practices, Vision, Mission, and Core Values.
  • Achieve agreed CALLS WITH MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS, RETAILERS OR HOSPITALS, COVERAGE & FREQUENCY targets through various communication channels.
  • Have a DEEP UNDERSTANDING in the respective specialist area and priority products.
  • MAINTAIN and ENHANCE KNOWLEDGE of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers, and competitors
  • Ensure CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and best in class customer relationship
  • Ensure accurate and TIMELY COMPLETION of all reports, handle enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY PROCEDURES.
  • Contribute positively through CO-OPERATIVE RELATIONSHIPS and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
  • EXECUTE/IMPLEMENT growth plans of the territory and work closely with DHM, NSM, Marketing & Medical for the same.
  • Proactively and continuously aspire to serve key stakeholder needs, expectations and challenges in order to build trusted KEY STAKEHOLDERS RELATIONSHIP and to achieve win-win agreements on a continuous basis.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with broad knowledge of the industry and healthcare environment.
  • Neurology experience will be preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in science, Health Sciences, or Business.
  • MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with KOLs and other relevant stakeholders
