
Global Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, training, welfare, HR administration, and human resource management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, training, and employee relations. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment: Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent; Conduct interviews and assess candidates; Negotiate employment contracts and provide administrative support to new hires.
- Training: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge; Coordinate with external consultants to develop training schedules and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Welfare: Provide guidance and support to employees on grievances and complaints; Organize corporate events and implement staff welfare programs.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate records of employee data, insurance policies, and performance appraisals; Assist in planning and preparing annual headcount reports and updating organizational charts.
- Human Resource Management: Develop and implement strategic plans to improve HR functions; Collaborate with department heads to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to analyze data and make informed recommendations.

This role requires a combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a senior role. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai Health Authority Regulations is also essential.
