  • Performing month-end and year-end close processes involves a range of tasks including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Supporting internal and statutory audits requires strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Developing standard operating procedures and RACA (Risk & Control assessment) around financial processes promotes efficiency and compliance.
  • A sound knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP is vital for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Advanced Excel skills with exposure to different accounting software are essential for data analysis and presentation.
