Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and the ability to review site contracts against internal databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project closure activities related to investigator payments.
  • Review internal site contracts against the Oracle database and MCTMS.
  • Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of investigator payment data and identifying any discrepancies in the system.

Requirements
  • Strong data reconciliation skills.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to review site contracts.
  • Experience with Excel (Intermediate to advanced skills, including VLOOKUP, SUM, IF, data validation, conditional formatting, pivot tables, finding duplicate values, concatenate, converting data from text to columns, formatting date, and values).
  • Excellent communication skills.

A background in clinical research or as an analyst dealing with the financial side of the business is highly desirable.
