Embedded Device Support Specialist

As a key member of our support team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling seamless support for devices with Non-Volatile memories.
- Develop and refine programming algorithms to optimize Non-Volatile memory device functionality.
- Collaborate with semiconductor manufacturers to update existing algorithms and address new specification changes.
- Assess support requests to determine feasibility and identify essential electrical and software requirements.
- Design and deploy Socket Module adapter boards to ensure efficient device integration.
- Evaluate incoming support requests to provide informed guidance on device capabilities.
- Leverage standard engineering techniques and AI-driven tools to deliver exceptional device support engineering results.
- Work closely with QA and the software development team to develop tailored testing strategies.
- Partner with Technical Support to resolve complex issues related to Device Support.
- Resolve problems reported by QA or customers through thorough analysis and effective troubleshooting.
- Maintain strong relationships with semiconductor manufacturer engineers and contacts to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
