Portfolio Performance Analyst Associate

This role involves providing operational oversight services within the investment analytics domain, focusing on managing statistical information and maintaining service level agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely data from in-house and external systems on a monthly and quarterly basis for Equities, Fixed Income, and Balanced portfolios.
- Assist in generating ad-hoc reports for multiple clients, while maintaining strong relations with various teams and clients through regular consultations and correspondence.
- Contribute to driving the team forward by promoting collaboration, provide daily support to the Operations team, ensuring all client deadlines are met and ad-hoc queries are resolved efficiently.
- Regularly review procedures to improve reporting and communication processes.
- Promote new client onboarding projects and maintain oversight.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in PC skills and Excel (basic knowledge is an advantage)
- Degree or equivalent (mathematical related subject preferred)
- Aptitude for mathematical analysis, initiative, and drive
- PC literate
- BCom, BBA, MBA, or CFA (an advantage)
Experience: 1-3 years of work experience within an asset management company would be beneficial.
Numerical Analysis and Problem Solving: The ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions.
