We are seeking an AI & Psychometrics Specialist to join our R&D team. This role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and improve our assessment tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects. They should possess advanced skills in generative AI tools, knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation, as well as excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimize psychometric processes and data analysis.
  • Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly translate tests into multiple languages and maintain the translation database.

    uild personalized programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.
  • Collaborate with the Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or related field.
  • First-hand experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.
