Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement test plans using SmarTest 8 for various blocks, interfaces, and functionality
- ADC/DAC, internal loopback, SCAN (stuck-at and transition delay), pre & post-trim, IO DC parametric tests, process monitor/ring oscillator tests, SERDES (CPRI, PCIE) testing, ATPG (Automatic Test Pattern Generation), boundary scan, programming LTU chip, process monitors, high voltage stress testing, very low voltage (VLV) testing, IO parametric tests, IDD testing, top level verification, production test & yield ramp, and failure analysis support
- 5-15 years of experience in ASIC testing
