Automation Expert Role

At the forefront of technological innovation, we're seeking a highly skilled Automation Expert to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in crafting automation scripts around Business Intelligence Tools using Ansible, shell scripts, and/or Python.

  • Develop and maintain complex automation frameworks leveraging Ansible, shell scripting, and Python.
  • Work within an Agile environment, utilizing JIRA for task management and driving tasks independently with strong ownership and communication skills.
  • Conduct performance analysis of problems/incidents to identify business impact and root causes, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Design and implement monitoring solutions to ensure application reliability and high availability.
  • Manage Continuity of Business (COB) efforts, providing ownership of major incidents or outages of critical systems.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in writing automation scripts around Business Intelligence Tools using Ansible, shell scripts, and/or Python.
  • Strong understanding of BI tool architecture, preferably Tableau.
  • Ability to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automation deployments.
  • Understanding of public cloud concepts and containerization.
