Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead and execute projects aimed at enhancing spare parts supply chain processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the spare parts supply chain processes and systems.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to drive process improvements, cost savings, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Provide guidance and support to spare parts supply teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the deployment of new tools and technology.
  • Support the lifecycle management team in developing a spare parts catalogue and associated maintenance processes, including master data cleanup in the ERP system.
  • Embody the company's core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience leading supply chain improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills.
  • High degree of independence and motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid ERP software experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Preferred: Business, Foreign Trade, Finance, or Supply Chain).
