**Visionary Industrial Designer Wanted**

We are building a smarter and cleaner energy future.

As an industrial design leader, you will lead the end-to-end design of meters and rack-mounted devices, ensuring every product embodies simplicity, consistency, and innovation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct field visits with utilities to gather insights on user experience and pain points.
  • Translate insights into a comprehensive Design Requirements Document for product development.
  • Lead the industrial design of next-generation 1P & 3P LT/HT meters and rack-mounted devices.
  • Incorporate user interface and interaction studies to ensure intuitive product experience.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful product designs.
