As a seasoned Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of high-quality projects on time. Your primary role will be to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the project's duration.

This involves:

  • Thoroughly understanding 2D/3D drawings of all disciplines and identifying design discrepancies that could impact project timelines.
  • Validating work orders, BOQs, and drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Creating detailed project execution schedules highlighting task inter-dependencies and anticipating potential execution risks.
  • Auditing site work through regular inspections and remote monitoring with quality control in place.
  • Maintaining close communication with Site Supervisors (Project Executives) to provide technical guidance and instructions.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely site updates to customers.
  • Serving as a bridge between Designers and Customers during project execution.
  • Updating project trackers, summaries, and sharing weekly progress reports with stakeholders.
  • Analyzing data to pinpoint performance bottlenecks, devise corrective solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Ensuring top-notch quality by following checklists and work method statements at the site.
  • Collaborating with internal functions on initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new ventures.
  • Nurturing vendor relationships and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A management degree or construction management background from a reputable institution.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
  • A deep appreciation for home renovation site execution.
  • The ability to assess design feasibility, visualize on-site conditions, and foresee execution risks.
  • Process-driven mindset, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude, strong prioritization skills, and a high level of ownership and learning aptitude.
