Senior Tester Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Senior Tester to join our team in testing and ensuring the quality of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and automated tests for various software applications.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify defects, provide detailed reports, and implement fixes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze results, provide insights, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an agile environment.
  • Expertise in creating test automation frameworks using tools like REST Assured or similar technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques, including black box and white box testing.
  • Experience working with cloud-based applications and APIs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • API automation experience using RESTful Web services.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, Maven, and Git.
