**Job Summary:**

As a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in Dynatrace, you will lead the testing efforts for our quality assurance team. Your responsibility will be to deploy Dynatrace OneAgent to diverse environments and topologies across different geographic locations.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of APM tools, including Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon. They should also have extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of these tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy Dynatrace OneAgent to diverse environments and topologies across different geographic locations.
  • Gather requirements from application owners, analyze, and implement monitoring using OneAgent on requisite servers.
  • Configure discovered application processes/services and work with the application team to understand critical transactions.
  • Develop dashboards for critical transactions and customize anomaly detection rules and setup alerting profiles.
  • Integrate tools like Jenkins with Dynatrace OneAgent and create management zones for each application.
  • Assign respective users to management zones to view their application details and troubleshoot issues with DT support.
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and implementing various tools like Dynatrace SaaS and Appmon.
  • Extensive experience in implementation, configuration, and maintenance of APM tools named Dynatrace & Appmon.
  • Application performance management tool expertise: Dynatrace (OneAgent, Synthetic Script, DCRUM Enterprise Synthetic script) & Appmon.
  • Good knowledge of Python and Node JS.
  • One Agent Certification would be an added advantage.
