Job Title: Data Science Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Science Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through data-driven insights.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing large language model (LLM) pipelines for natural language processing (NLP) tasks such as summarization, classification, and entity recognition.

In addition, you will build and deploy AI models to production with scalable, testable code, develop and fine-tune models using domain-specific datasets, integrating them into live systems.

Furthermore, you will create retrieval-augmented systems using vector stores and embeddings for contextual Q&A, support ASR-based NLP systems with diarization, tagging, and post-processing, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure technical alignment with product goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
  • 4–7+ years hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles
  • Proven track record delivering ML/AI products or analyses that influence business decisions
  • Experience working cross-functionally (e.g., with product, engineering, or business teams)
