Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Engineer Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure Engineer.

  • Act as SME for Windows endpoint management capabilities and provide production support in a geographically distributed environment.
  • Serve as an escalation point for all aspects of device lifecycle management, including enrollment, configuration, protection, and retirement.
  • Manage policy creation, task sequence creation and maintenance, troubleshooting, configuration profile development, OS updating, application packaging and management, endpoint security, and automate operational procedures and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant Enterprise Mobility Management (Windows) experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Device Lifecycle Management, Troubleshooting & remote management, ServiceNow, PowerShell, Jira, Confluence.
  • Good understanding of Entra ID, Microsoft/Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
