Senior Data Engineer Role

We seek an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Data Engineer. This position requires a minimum of 6+ years of experience in data engineering development.

  • To succeed in this role, you must design, develop, optimize, and maintain robust and scalable data engineering pipelines.
  • Evaluate and implement analytical solutions that meet business requirements and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide scalable analytical solutions for the organization.
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing ETL processes, adhering to data privacy and best practices.
  • Document all data engineering processes and architecture.

Key Skills:

  • You must have experience with object-oriented scripting languages, including Scala, C++, Java, and Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouse and data lake platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, MS Synapse, MS ADLS, Apache Hadoop).
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience using software and tools including ETL, relational SQL and NoSQL databases, big data tools like Kafka, Spark, and Hadoop.
