Job Title: Data Architect

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen.

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality data systems that support analytics, insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and governance across the organization.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide expert guidance on data strategy.
  • Optimize performance of data systems, queries, and storage solutions to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Implement data quality monitoring and alerting systems to minimize data errors.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data engineering and cloud technologies to ensure our data infrastructure remains cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Flink.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with modern data warehousing tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
  • Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, Luigi, or Prefect.
  • Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance practices (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
