Expert Accounts Receivable Specialist Required

Job Overview:
We are seeking an Account Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely payment from customers
- Conversant in various online tools and systems to enhance productivity
- Provide regular reporting of activities and progress updates to seniors
- Resolve inquiries/queries related to Billing in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and recover outstanding payments from customers through effective negotiation and dispute resolution
- Investigate and address customer concerns related to billing, payments, or account discrepancies
- Perform regular standard tasks of Customer Invoicing Processing function to maintain accuracy and efficiency
- Collate remittances for Cash/Wire/Cheque payments received and apply to the correct invoice using Remittance Advice from customers
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and sending them to customer for collection or refund
- Provide details of un-applied and unidentified cash to collectors daily and follow up proactively to get details of applications
