Admission Guidance Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Admission Guidance Specialist to support students and working professionals in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
This role requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and the ability to build trust with prospective students.
Main Responsibilities:- Counsel students and working professionals about various courses, programs, and educational opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure conversions.
- Provide accurate information regarding admission processes, eligibility, and documentation.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Update daily reports and maintain CRM records.
- Collaborate with the sales/marketing team for promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree (any stream).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Sales-oriented with a persuasive personality.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
