Job Opportunity:

 

  • Performance Testing Specialist
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance testing plans utilizing NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and other cutting-edge tools.
  • Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to ensure timely and efficient performance testing.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing trends, technologies, and methodologies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability.
  • Experience with APM tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, or Prometheus for monitoring and analysis.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD) and automation practices.
  • Solid knowledge of web technologies (HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, SOAP, WebSockets).
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance validation techniques.
  • Good understanding of OS-level performance monitoring (Linux, Windows).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to cloud-based performance testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Shell) for automation and tooling.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of shift-left performance testing practices and early feedback mechanisms.
