Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee daily shop-floor activities across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes.

  • Supervise and coordinate production operations on assigned lines ensuring compliance with schedules, standard procedures, and quality standards.
  • Monitor production parameters including resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate production records and shift reports.
  • Provide guidance and training to operators to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
  • Implement and maintain 5S practices and workplace discipline.
  • Assist in planning preventive maintenance and reporting raw material requirements.
