Job Description

This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI). You will be responsible for supporting the development, deployment, and governance of AI and GenAI solutions across the organization. This involves hands-on execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational enablement to drive adoption of AI technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Execution: Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  • Governance Support: Support the establishment and enforcement of governance frameworks and compliance policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and promote AI capabilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience applying AI technologies in enterprise solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in AI, or Data Science are advantageous.

Preferred Skills

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Working knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies including ML, NLP, and generative models.
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud services, MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, Cosmos DB.
