About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, aligning site selection with business objectives such as visibility, accessibility, and target customer reach (retail), and proximity to key delivery zones (dark store).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to identify high-potential properties for both retail stores and dark stores.
  • Negotiate lease agreements with landlords, builders, and developers to secure favourable terms.
  • Develop strong networks with commercial property consultants and brokers in the respective target areas.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in commercial property management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
