About the Team
The team is accountable for financial control and reporting activities in Canada, including business restructuring, SOX program, and key accounting processes.

About the Role
This role will provide assistance to the Toronto-based Corporate Accounting team from India. It's an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in transforming various processes within the finance function of the firm and its role in the firm's business.

The ideal candidate should be able to understand financial functional processes with a focus on transfer pricing landscape as well as business finance with a focus on various reporting activities, work with senior stakeholders across varying time zones, demonstrate strong communication/interpersonal skills, and exhibit advanced Excel skills.

About You
We are looking for a qualified accountant and a seasoned people manager with 6-8 years of relevant working experience of working in a Financial controlling team, experience in finance with exposure to accounting, data analytics, and reporting, and strong analytical skills including knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
