Job Title: Senior Manager

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Role Description:

You will be responsible for driving organizational success through strategic people-related initiatives. You will create comprehensive plans that enable businesses to realize their ambitions. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, hands-on, to drive various people-related projects.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Establish relationships with senior business leaders to provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy and execution
  • Goal Setting Tracking and closure, Appraisal Completion Tracking, Preparation of pre-TC decks, Tracking of actions from TCs
  • Consult with leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change in the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SME teams to develop valuable propositions for your business in areas such as talent acquisition, career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, employee engagement, learning & development, recognition programs, and rewards
  • Utilize and request data strategically - identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions regarding succession planning and career growth
  • Develop deep understanding of people in the business to maintain a healthy pool of talent and succession for critical roles
  • AOP Planning – understanding of making AOP as per business requirements

Education Qualification

- MBA in HR

Total Experience

- 5-8 years

Experience & Skills

  • Strong HR experience across talent management, employee engagement, and retention
  • Ability to work in constraints
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, displays problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change
