About the Role

SILCOSYS Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Workday configuration expert to join our team. As a Workday configuration expert, you will be responsible for implementing solutions across various Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, Security, Time & Absence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Workday solutions that effectively address business needs
  • Conduct thorough configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday solutions
  • Serve as a technical resource for future Workday implementations and enhancements
  • Develop and maintain data integrity processes through report generation, data auditing, information analysis, and error troubleshooting
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team to understand business goals, processes, and any existing gaps
  • Troubleshoot complex system and user issues to identify root causes and drive resolution
  • Conduct workflow analysis to streamline processes
  • Configure and customize Workday reports based on HR management needs
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Workday technology, providing guidance and support

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience working with Workday HCM, including configuration and Workday Report Writer
  • Proven experience in Workday configuration, security permissions, and creating/uploading Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB) objects
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, including HCM, Compensation, Talent & Performance Management, Time & Absence
  • Experience creating test scenarios and executing comprehensive testing procedures within Workday
  • Superior attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex Workday issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present information clearly and concisely
