Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Studio Expert to support our HR and business systems integration needs. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Workday Integration Studio and hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining integrations between Workday and other business applications. This freelance position requires a proactive problem-solver who can collaborate effectively with various teams to ensure data consistency, automate workflows, and optimize system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Integration Studio, Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and Workday Cloud Connect.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to understand integration requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage API integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize integrations to maintain data accuracy and improve process efficiency.
- Implement and document integration workflows and monitor their performance, identifying opportunities for automation.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to internal teams on Workday integrations and data management.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience with Workday Integration Studio and Workday EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) for HR system integrations.
- Proven expertise in API management and integration protocols (SOAP, REST) specific to Workday.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM and other modules, especially in relation to data flows and integration needs.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and data management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
