Support Infrastructure Specialist

As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and performance of our systems. Your expertise in system administration and technical support will ensure that our operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor server performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Develop and implement procedures to prevent system downtime and optimize system performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system reliability.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in system administration and technical support.
- Strong knowledge of system administration tools and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
