About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthesis and Analytics: Deliver precision-driven solutions in oligo synthesis and analysis by running automated solid-phase synthesis, troubleshooting, scaling to mmol level, purifying, and characterizing oligos using HPLC, PAGE, CE, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and MS.
  • Lab Maintenance: Maintain lab instrumentation, inventory, safety, and SOPs to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Method Development: Drive cross-functional method development and QC initiatives to enhance capabilities in oligo synthesis and analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Ph.D. + 2–5 yrs in oligo synthesis and analysis with a strong foundation in phosphoramidite chemistry, purification, and analytics.
  • Bonus: experience with modified or therapeutic oligos, digital PCR/BEAMing.
