Job Description

Your primary responsibilities encompass developing complex service capacity forecasts and scalability plans using production system metrics, performance test results, and business requirements as input.

  • Analyze production system metrics to forecast future capacity needs and optimize resource utilization for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions that meet the evolving demands of our services and applications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of performance test results to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decisions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success include:

  • Accurate forecasting of service capacity needs.
  • Optimized resource allocation to meet demand.
  • Improved efficiency in IT infrastructure utilization.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Detailed knowledge of Generative AI technologies and frameworks, including implementing generative models and integrating AI solutions into business workflows.
  • Extensive experience in data migration processes from diverse sources and on-premises systems into Data Lakes using Azure Data Factory, with expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ADF pipelines for seamless ETL workflows.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, including synthesis of capacity models based on production metrics and test results, using capacity management and performance measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of capacity modeling methodologies based on ITIL principles and awareness of the standard service life cycle.
