Key Responsibilities
  • The ideal candidate will manage and lead the service team, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
  • We require a professional who can plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • This role involves coordinating with customers, fleet owners, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for service requirements and ensuring adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification: Diploma or B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Experience: Any (Freshers with strong technical skills can apply; prior experience in Engine Service or Industrial Machine Servicing is preferred)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
