What You'll Do
  • Lead technical programs that require a deep understanding of product and engineering at both architectural and operational levels, prioritizing customer impact.
  • Collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Navigate complex technology challenges using Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.
  • Provide steady leadership in high-pressure scenarios involving uncertainty, evolving priorities, and aggressive deadlines.
  • Develop and refine processes to improve program delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, measurable outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, maintaining program momentum and stakeholder trust.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, driving complex programs with cross-functional teams in SaaS, cloud, or similar technical domains.
  • 6+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of platform architectures and interoperability, with exposure to cloud environments (i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.
  • Background in Fintech, Billing, or Subscription-based services is highly desirable.
