As a senior executive, you will oversee electroplating operations for various plating types, ensuring optimal performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Electroplating Operations: Managed electroplating operations for different plating types, including Alkaline Zinc Nickle Plating, Tin Plating, and Zinc Plating.
  2. Bath Testing and Analysis: Conduct regular plating bath testing and analysis to ensure optimal bath performance.
  3. Plating Bath Maintenance: Maintain plating baths, adjusting chemical composition and parameters as needed to ensure consistent quality.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance skills and knowledge.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  6. Schedule Planning: Plan and coordinate shift schedules to ensure optimal production capacity and meet demands.

A strong educational background in chemistry or chemical engineering is essential for this role.
