Senior Software Development Project Manager

As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of software development projects. Your expertise in .NET or Full Stack technologies will enable you to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and technical oversight.
With your strong background in software development and project management, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing end-to-end software development projects. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, and DevOps teams to align technical and business requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project Management & Leadership:
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project risks and dependencies, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
- Implement Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies, conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Technical Oversight & Hands-on Contribution:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Review code, architecture, and design patterns to maintain high-quality standards.
- Support software development using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) or Full Stack (React, Angular, etc.).
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps strategies for continuous integration and deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication & Documentation:
- Act as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and detailed user stories.
- Prepare project documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and risk assessments.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, risks, and roadblocks.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development with .NET or Full Stack technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in project management or technical leadership roles.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud computing (Azure) and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
