International Event Coordinator Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled International Event Coordinator to drive participation at international conferences and events.

This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships with senior executives in AI, Data, and Technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate Acquisition: Identify, research, and engage senior executives from top companies to participate in our conferences and forums.
  • Speaker Acquisition: Research and map industry thought leaders, innovators, and executives suitable for event agendas. Reach out, pitch event value propositions, and secure commitments from high-caliber speakers.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants and maintain an active network for future events.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in delegate acquisition, inside sales, or business development for events/conferences.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Confidence to engage senior-level executives and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Research & Qualification Skills: Ability to identify, qualify, and reach out to potential attendees and speakers.
  • Outreach Strategies: Familiarity with email, calling, and other outreach techniques.
  • Self-Motivation & Resilience: Passion for community building and target-driven approach.
