Senior Process Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Analyst to join our team in a dynamic environment.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation, driving business growth and efficiency through data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough testing and conversion of accounting data from the branch agency management system to central divisional systems.
  • Support all agency management system accounting processes and users with production issues, maintaining organization and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  • Develop and coordinate training and communication to finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
Requirements
  • MBA – Finance or any post-graduate degree in Finance with relevant experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
Work Environment

Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
