We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Test Specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on quality assurance for web and mobile applications.

About the Role

As a Test Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Design and execute test cases for new and existing software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize bug tracking tools to document and track defects, ensuring seamless collaboration with developers and product managers.
  • Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on testability and quality, enhancing the overall software development process.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for continuous integration and deployment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of software updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, or C#).
  • Familiarity with automation testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, or JUnit).
  • Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
