Job Overview

We seek a seasoned data expert to spearhead machine learning initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine predictive models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation systems.
  • Implement cutting-edge deep learning architectures using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and optimize model performance.
  • Precision-tune models for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
  • Deploy ML solutions into production environments leveraging cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or edge devices.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to establish robust data pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to real-world problems.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable code adhering to best practices.
  • Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze errors to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable AI solutions.

Necessary Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and databases (SQL, NoSQL).
  • Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A keen eye for detail, particularly around user experience and secure coding practices.
  • A strong drive to learn and explore.
