Job Overview:

Associate/Sr. Associate Copywriter

We are seeking a skilled and creative copywriter to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative content strategies that communicate our brand story and key selling points. They will conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences to inform content creation and ensure relevance and resonance.

The role involves writing clear, concise, and impactful copy for various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, email newsletters, social media posts, advertising campaigns, brand creatives, WhatsApp messages, and Push notifications. The candidate will also collaborate with designers and other team members to develop visual assets that complement and enhance written content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content that meets our brand standards and resonates with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a copywriter or content creator, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain brand voice and style guidelines across all content.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools is a plus.
