Role Summary:

As a seasoned ML Ops professional, you will leverage your expertise in deploying, monitoring, and scaling machine learning models on cloud platforms to drive business growth. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins to streamline the deployment of ML workflows.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Deploying and monitoring ML models on AWS (SageMaker, EKS, Lambda) or GCP (Vertex AI, GKE, Cloud Functions)
  • Designing and implementing containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Managing infrastructure via Terraform or CloudFormation
  • Implementing model registries, feature stores, and observability using MLflow, Feast, Prometheus/Grafana
  • Collaborating with data scientists to operationalize ML models for personalization, recommendations, NLP

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience working with ML Ops & DS
  • Proficient in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, SQL)
  • Experience with real-time ML serving, A/B testing, or media/recommender systems is a bonus

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of experiment design and causal inference
  • Exposure to real-time ML serving (KFServing, Seldon, Ray Serve)
