Python Team Lead and Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Python developer to lead and mentor our team. As a Python Team Lead and Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python development.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices.
- Experience with Python frameworks such as Django and Flask.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.
