About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and driving innovation.

The successful candidate will lead the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Product Strategy: Develop a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Product Development: Drive the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to make informed product decisions.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who has owned a key performance indicator for a product successfully.
  • B2B/B2C product management experience.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is desirable.
  • Product Launch/ Go-to-market experience is desirable.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling products.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas.
  • Data-driven mindset and comfortable working with data analytics tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and proactive approach.
