Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Professional to oversee tax audit and transfer pricing matters. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for handling TDS returns, tax compliance, and corporate tax audits.

Your role will involve working closely with the team to prepare and file income tax returns (ITR), quarterly advance tax calculations, and monthly TDS payments. You will also be involved in preparing current tax and deferred tax workings, as well as handling litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee tax audit and transfer pricing matters
  • Handle TDS returns, tax compliance, and corporate tax audits
  • Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR)
  • Quarterly advance tax calculations
  • Monthly TDS payments
  • Current tax and deferred tax workings
  • Litigation matters

Requirements:
