Senior Visual Content Producer

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our creative team as a Senior Visual Content Producer. This key role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content and leading the art department in achieving its goals.

Responsibilities
  • Idea Development: Produce concept sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas and understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
  • Team Collaboration: Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media, including taking work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
  • Direction and Training: Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions, present completed ideas to team members, produce art layouts by developing art concepts and providing work direction to staff.
  • Quality Control: Meet art department work standards by following production, productivity, and quality control processes.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve operational problems and identify work process improvements.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication (English) skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Ability to work in a team with good work ethics and a calm attitude.
  • Education and Experience: Preferable- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or proven working experience as Art Director.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a team player with strong communication and presentation skills, incorporate feedback well, and take/give direction effectively.
