Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Finance Associate. This key member of our finance department will be responsible for maintaining and closing monthly books of accounts, handling GST and TDS compliance, and managing vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and close monthly financial records in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS regulations, and related filings.
  • Effectively manage vendor payments, invoices, payroll, receivables & payables.
  • Support regular reviews, annual audits, and statutory audits to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist with information security audits and compliance communication to maintain a secure environment.
  • Lead operational tasks, including travel arrangements, performance evaluations, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Manager to gain exposure to leadership planning and decision-making.

  • You hold a CA (preferred), CA Inter, or MBA Finance degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and accounting principles.
  • You possess 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, showcasing your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical scenarios.
  • You have a solid understanding of GST, TDS, budgeting, and financial analysis, enabling you to make informed decisions.
  • You are proficient in MS Excel and have excellent command over MS Word, facilitating effective communication and data analysis.
  • You possess high attention to detail, goal-oriented, and proactive approach, ensuring accurate work delivery and collaboration with the team.
  • You have strong verbal and written English communication skills, allowing you to effectively interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.
