Job Description

Lead AI Engineer: 7–10+ years overall; 3+ years in AI workflow automation; prior mentoring/ownership of production systems.

Intermediate AI Engineer: 3–6 years overall; hands-on with Databricks + agent frameworks; eager to own modules end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build & deploy automated workflows for regulatory/compliance processes (ingestion → transformation → decisioning).
  • Design agentic flows (LangChain/AutoGen) to orchestrate data pipelines and decisions.
  • Implement impact analysis for risk, compliance, and cost assessments.
  • Leverage Databricks (notebooks, jobs, DLT) for large-scale workflows and monitoring.
  • Productionize solutions with CI/CD; containerize using Docker/Kubernetes on Azure.
  • Partner with SMEs and engineering to re-design processes for scalability and auditability.
Requirements
  • Python (strong), Prompt Engineering, LangChain / AutoGen (agentic workflows).
  • Databricks expertise: notebooks, pipelines, DLT, jobs, monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory/compliance data and workflows.
  • CI/CD (GitHub/Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Docker/K8s, cloud deployment (Azure preferred).
  • Strong problem solving & stakeholder communication.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, feature stores, and policy-as-code.
  • Exposure to governance/lineage/observability tools.
